1、摘要:健構主義理論的提出，網絡教育的興起，為素質教育的實施提供了一個全新的舞臺。在網絡教育中，答疑系統(tǒng)有著重要的作用，而目前的各個網絡答疑系統(tǒng)均不能滿足素質教育的要求。1'我們快澎開發(fā)一個智能的網絡答疑系統(tǒng)，該答疑系統(tǒng)以建構主義學習理論為理論基礎，采用以問題為中心的學習方式。該系統(tǒng)能夠自動分析學生所提的問題，從系統(tǒng)的問題資源庫中搜索相似的問題提交給學生，實現(xiàn)自動答疑。同時，系統(tǒng)提供以問題為中心的學習方式，幫助學生在解決問題的過程中完成新知識的學習。在答疑系統(tǒng)的設計過程中，我們解決了以下幾個問題:系統(tǒng)知識材料的組織、問題的自
