1、摘要小花棘豆(OxytropisglabraDC.)為豆科(Leguminosae)棘豆屬(Oxytropis)多年生草本植物,是我國西北草原上的一種瘋草。瘋草(locoweed)指含苦馬豆素(swainsonine,SW)的豆科多年生草本黃芪屬(Astragalus)和棘豆屬有毒植物,家畜采食一定量的瘋草后,就會(huì)表現(xiàn)出中毒癥狀,嚴(yán)重的導(dǎo)致家畜死亡,從而危害畜牧業(yè)的發(fā)展。已有研究表明瘋草毒素苦馬豆素與瘋草攜帶的內(nèi)生真菌Undifilumoxytropis有關(guān),小花棘豆作為瘋草的成員之一也攜帶此內(nèi)生真菌。本研究采用熒光定量PCR方法檢測小花棘豆內(nèi)生真
2、菌Undifilumoxytropis與苦馬豆素關(guān)系,結(jié)果如下:1從兩個(gè)種群的小花棘豆不同器官中都檢測到了苦馬豆素,兩個(gè)種群小花棘豆不同器官的苦馬豆素含量都存在差異,但只有伊金霍洛旗小花棘豆樣品的根部和葉片的苦馬豆素含量存在著顯著性差異(P<0.05)。2從小花棘豆植株中分離出了內(nèi)生真菌,經(jīng)過同源性分析得知,該真菌屬于埃里磚格孢屬內(nèi)生真菌。3從小花棘豆不同器官中都檢測到了內(nèi)生真菌,兩個(gè)種群小花棘豆不同器官的內(nèi)生真菌含量都存在差異。兩個(gè)種群小花棘豆個(gè)體的根部與葉片的內(nèi)生真菌含量之間都存在著顯著性差異(P<0.05);伊金霍洛旗小花棘豆個(gè)體的根部與莖桿
