2、egeofMechanicalEngineeringofChongqingUniversityJune2014摘要集裝箱裝載機(jī)是航空貨物運(yùn)輸業(yè)專用地面設(shè)備,傳統(tǒng)裝載機(jī)多采用大功率柴油發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng),其油耗高排放大。采用混合動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)成為集裝箱裝載機(jī)節(jié)能減排的重要途徑。其在實(shí)際工作過程中,由于裝載質(zhì)量和蓄電池荷電狀態(tài)(StateofCharge,SOC)是不確定的,所以制定的動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)控制策略需要滿足在不同工況下的運(yùn)行要求,且能實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)能減排。本文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:分析了混合動(dòng)力集裝箱裝載機(jī)實(shí)際的工作特點(diǎn);建立了混合動(dòng)力集
3、裝箱裝載機(jī)的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)模型、電動(dòng)機(jī)/發(fā)電機(jī)模型、蓄電池充放電模型。確定裝載機(jī)的工作循環(huán)工況圖,設(shè)計(jì)了基于規(guī)則的裝載機(jī)的控制邏輯和控制策略。確定了正交試驗(yàn)的因數(shù)及水平,并以裝載機(jī)在一個(gè)工作循環(huán)的等效油耗最小為正交試驗(yàn)的目的,優(yōu)化的到裝載機(jī)的控制參數(shù)變化規(guī)律,這些控制參數(shù)是充電轉(zhuǎn)矩界限、充電時(shí)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)控制轉(zhuǎn)矩、放電轉(zhuǎn)矩界限、放電時(shí)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)控制轉(zhuǎn)矩和蓄電池的高SOC門限值。利用MTLAB/Simulink和State?flow建立了裝載機(jī)整機(jī)燃油經(jīng)濟(jì)性仿真模型,對(duì)裝載機(jī)在不同載荷和不同蓄電池初始SOC工況下進(jìn)行了仿真。關(guān)鍵詞:
