1、AbstractDiisopropylsuccinateisanimportantchemicalintermediateswhichisusedinthefieldsofdyes,pharmaceuticals,agro—processing,andgaschromatographystationaryphase.DPP(1,4一diketopyrrolopyrrole)dyeconsumesthemostoftheDissopropylsuccinate.Recentyear,astheincr

2、easeindemandforDPPdye,theconsumptionofdissopropylsuccinateisincreasedtoo.Inthispaper,diisopropylsuccinatewassynthesizedfromsuccinicacidanhydrideandisopropanol、^,itllp-methylbenzenesulfonicacidascatalyst,andwitllcyclohexaneaswater·carryingagent.Theeffec

3、tsofwater-carryingagentaddingtime,reactiontime,alcoholtoacidratio,thecatalystamount,theamountofwater—carryingagent,Wasinvestigatedwithorthogonalandsinglefactorexperiment.TheresultsshowedthatthereactiontimeCanbeshortedabout1hourwhenthewater-carryingagen

4、tWasaddedafterthereactionstarted1hour.Theoptimaldiisopropylsuccinatesynthesisconditionswereasfollow:thealcoholtoacidratiois2.6,thecatalystamountis0.4g,thewater-carryingamountiS26ml,thereactiontimeWas4handthepurifieddiisopropylsuccinateyieldWas97.50%.Ak

5、indofcarbon-basedsolidsulfonicacid,usedtosynthesizeDiisopropylsuccinate,Waspreparedfromwalnutshellviacarbonizationandsulfonation.nleeffectsofthecarbonizationtemperature,carbonizationtime,thesulfonationtemperature,thecarbonizaiontimeandtheamountofsulfur

6、icacid,ontheactivityofcatalystwerediscussed.necatalystWascharacterized、vithIR.nleresultshowsthatthecatalysts’optimizedpreparationconditionswereasfollow:carbonizationtemperature300℃,carbonizationtime2ksulfonationtime5h,sulfonationtemperature90℃,theamoun
