4、etastasisbyinhibitingsecretionandactivityofMMP一2andMMP-9andMTI-MMP．Ithasbeenconfirmedthatanumberoftumormetastasiscloselyrelatedtomutation，deletion，methylationabnormalitiesoftheRECKgene，butstudyaboutrelationofRECKgene’expresstionandtumormetastasisisrare．Sowewanttodiscoverthere
5、lationshipbetweenRECKandEC，andhopetofindnewmoleculartargetsofECbydetectingexpressionoftheRECKgeneinECandesophagealcarcinomacellline．Method：AdjacentnormalmucosaofEC，precanceroustissueandECwereselectedformtheCancerHospitalofAnshanCityandsurgicalresectionspecimenswithoutchemothe
