1、用于缸體、缸蓋生產(chǎn)的三乙胺法冷芯盒制芯工藝研究與應(yīng)用摘要本文結(jié)合江淮汽車股份有限公司合肥江淮鑄造有限責(zé)任公司生產(chǎn)的4DAl型高強(qiáng)度鑄鐵發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)缸體、缸蓋的生產(chǎn)實(shí)際,對(duì)三乙胺法冷芯盒制芯工藝進(jìn)行了較為廣泛而深入的研究,并得到研究結(jié)果如下:冷芯盒砂芯的強(qiáng)度隨著原砂含水量的增加而降低。當(dāng)要求砂芯即時(shí)強(qiáng)度時(shí),原砂含水量不能高于0.1%,此時(shí)砂芯強(qiáng)度為1.482MPa;而要求砂芯終強(qiáng)度時(shí),原砂含水量不能超過(guò)0.2%,此時(shí)砂芯強(qiáng)度為1.608MPa。原砂在高濕環(huán)境下自身具有一定的吸水能力。在相對(duì)濕度為90%的環(huán)境中存放24小時(shí)的原砂吸水率達(dá)到0.06%;在相對(duì)濕度為80%的環(huán)境中,原砂存放7天的吸
2、水率為O.031%。這樣的吸水率可以對(duì)芯砂的強(qiáng)度產(chǎn)生明顯影響,應(yīng)予以考慮。在樹脂配比工藝上:①.砂芯強(qiáng)度表現(xiàn)為隨著樹脂加入量的增加而增大的規(guī)律,芯砂發(fā)氣量也是如此。當(dāng)要求即時(shí)強(qiáng)度時(shí),樹脂加入量應(yīng)大于1.8%(強(qiáng)度1.445MPa);而要求砂芯終強(qiáng)度時(shí),樹脂加入量不能低于1.6%(強(qiáng)度1.515MPa)。②.隨著組分I所占比例的增加,砂芯強(qiáng)度呈現(xiàn)先增大后減小,而芯砂發(fā)氣量不斷降低的趨勢(shì)。其中,在組分I與組分Il之比為55:45時(shí),砂芯強(qiáng)度達(dá)到最大值(即時(shí)強(qiáng)度1.958Mpa,終強(qiáng)度2.053MPa)。砂芯存放在不同濕度環(huán)境(60%,75%,90%)下的強(qiáng)度都表現(xiàn)為隨著存放時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)強(qiáng)度
3、先增加后減小。并且,在存放相同時(shí)間內(nèi),砂芯強(qiáng)度表現(xiàn)為隨環(huán)境濕度的增加而下降的基本規(guī)律。此外,吹胺時(shí)間和砂芯浸涂前存放時(shí)間對(duì)砂芯強(qiáng)度有顯著的影響。隨著吹胺時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)砂芯強(qiáng)度呈現(xiàn)逐漸增加的趨勢(shì)。而即時(shí)浸涂(1.757Mpa)和存放24小時(shí)浸涂(1.611Mpa)比存放6小時(shí)浸涂(1.416Mpa)得到的砂芯強(qiáng)度更高。關(guān)鍵詞:缸體:缸蓋;三乙胺;冷芯盒;鑄造StudyontheTri—ethylamineColdBoxinCore-MakingfortheCastingofCylinderBodyandHeadAbstractThethesisisbasedontheproductiono
