1、華中科技大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文摘要覆蓋件模具是生產(chǎn)汽車車身的重要工藝裝備,模具設(shè)計(jì)制造周期的長短和質(zhì)量對新車型的開發(fā)周期、汽車產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量和競爭力有著直接影響。汽車工業(yè)要想具備足夠的競爭力,就必須充分利用先進(jìn)的CAD/CAM/CAE技術(shù),尤其是應(yīng)用汽車覆蓋件模具的專用設(shè)計(jì)軟件,來提高摸具設(shè)計(jì)的質(zhì)量和效率。從底層研究開發(fā)汽車覆蓋件模具CAD系統(tǒng)是一項(xiàng)十分龐大而復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)工程,而選擇~個基本的CAD系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行二次開發(fā)卻是一條投資小、見效快且簡單易行的捷徑。本課題以uG軟件為平臺,進(jìn)行了汽車覆蓋件翻邊模CAD系統(tǒng)的二次開發(fā)。本文分析了翻邊模的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),同時對翻邊模的主要工作零件凸模、凹模鑲塊、頂出器的結(jié)構(gòu)
2、特點(diǎn)和設(shè)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行了歸納,總結(jié)了大型覆蓋件的翻邊模的典型結(jié)構(gòu)。文中闡述了面向功能的覆蓋件模具的設(shè)計(jì)過程,對翻邊模結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了功能劃分。在面向功能的思想指導(dǎo)下,按照模具零件形狀和翻邊工序件的相關(guān)性和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化程度不同,將翻邊模零件的設(shè)計(jì)分為工作部件的設(shè)計(jì)和功能組件的調(diào)用。文中分析了加強(qiáng)筋的設(shè)計(jì)方法,建立了加強(qiáng)筋參數(shù)化模型,并在此基礎(chǔ)上實(shí)現(xiàn)加強(qiáng)筋參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)。為實(shí)現(xiàn)自動劃分翻邊輪廓線t作者在分析了凹模鑲塊結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,歸納和總結(jié)了分塊準(zhǔn)則,提出了弦接多邊形劃分算法。系統(tǒng)可自動生成分塊點(diǎn),也可以交互設(shè)定分塊點(diǎn)。在分塊完成后,系統(tǒng)可完成凹模鑲塊的設(shè)計(jì)。在理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,作者開發(fā)了垂直翻邊類模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)
