1、鎂合金表面電弧噴涂鋁工藝及涂層性能的研究摘要鎂及鎂合金具有比強(qiáng)度、比剛度高,減震性、電磁屏蔽和抗輻射能力強(qiáng)等特點(diǎn),在汽車、電子、電器、交通、航天、航空和國防等領(lǐng)域均具有極其重要的應(yīng)用價(jià)值和廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。然而,鎂的化學(xué)性質(zhì)活潑,耐腐蝕性很差,這嚴(yán)重阻礙了鎂合金產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)應(yīng)用。本文采用電弧噴涂技術(shù)在鎂合金表面噴涂鋁的方法來提高鎂合金的防腐蝕能力。對(duì)不同的電弧噴涂參數(shù)下所得到的試樣進(jìn)行了孔隙率測(cè)定、顯微硬度測(cè)定、涂層的結(jié)合強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)及5%NaCl溶液的耐腐蝕性實(shí)驗(yàn)。研究了噴涂工藝參數(shù)的變化對(duì)噴涂鋁層的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)、孔隙率、顯微硬度和耐腐蝕性的影響。并對(duì)噴涂鋁的鎂合金進(jìn)行熱擴(kuò)散處理,以提
2、高鋁涂層與鎂合金基之間的結(jié)合力和耐腐蝕性。噴涂工藝實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:噴涂工藝參數(shù),如電壓、電流、氣體壓力、噴涂距離等對(duì)鋁涂層的質(zhì)量有很大的影響,鎂合金表面噴涂鋁最佳的噴涂工藝參數(shù)范圍是:電壓30’32V、電流100,-.-1IOA、噴涂距離為150mmA!右、霧化氣體壓力O.6~0.75MPa。噴涂距離150mm。在5%NaCl溶液中的腐蝕性試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,鎂合金表面噴鋁能夠非常顯著地提高鎂合金的耐腐蝕性能。對(duì)電弧噴涂鋁的鎂合金分別在300℃、350℃、400℃和420℃不同的溫度下保持2h進(jìn)行熱擴(kuò)散實(shí)驗(yàn),并對(duì)涂層的硬度、耐熱震性及耐蝕性進(jìn)行了測(cè)試。結(jié)果表明:在400—420℃溫度
