1、湖北省三級(jí)甲等醫(yī)院護(hù)士對(duì)磁性醫(yī)院文化的認(rèn)知調(diào)查汪暉胡凱利王冰花官小莉楊純子華中科技大學(xué)同濟(jì)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬同濟(jì)醫(yī)院護(hù)理部華中摘要:目的了解護(hù)士對(duì)磁性I矢院文化的認(rèn)知水平,探討其影響因素。方法便利抽取湖北省35所三級(jí)甲等醫(yī)院在職護(hù)士3525人,采用自行設(shè)計(jì)的一般資料調(diào)查表及護(hù)士對(duì)磁性醫(yī)院文化認(rèn)知調(diào)查表進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果護(hù)士對(duì)磁性醫(yī)院文化的認(rèn)知得分為80.00(75.00,93.00)分;對(duì)專(zhuān)業(yè)技能、溝通交流的贊同率較高,為83?89%、85?11%,對(duì)福利薪酬、決策自主及心理健康的認(rèn)同較低,為71?72

8、spitalculturc;perception;surveyandanalysis;Received:2016-10-05磁性醫(yī)院(MagnetHospital)是對(duì)醫(yī)院工作環(huán)境的評(píng)價(jià)稱(chēng)謂,是指醫(yī)院像磁鐵一樣吸引高素質(zhì)的護(hù)士,提供-個(gè)能體現(xiàn)職業(yè)和個(gè)人雙重價(jià)值的工作環(huán)境,從而提供高質(zhì)量的護(hù)理,取得最好的臨床效果丄1丄。磁性醫(yī)院改變醫(yī)患和醫(yī)護(hù)的溝通方式,也改變著醫(yī)院的人文環(huán)境,其模式包括變革型領(lǐng)導(dǎo),結(jié)構(gòu)授權(quán),專(zhuān)業(yè)實(shí)踐典范,新知識(shí)、創(chuàng)新和改善,實(shí)證結(jié)果5個(gè)核心要素。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),通過(guò)磁性醫(yī)院認(rèn)證或者應(yīng)用
