1、提要目的：白塞病是一種以復(fù)發(fā)性口腔潰瘍、生殖器潰瘍、眼炎及皮膚損害為特征的累及多系統(tǒng)的全身性疾病。白塞病的病因不明，病理基礎(chǔ)為血管炎，臨床表現(xiàn)復(fù)雜多樣，無有效根治方法。中醫(yī)藥在本病的治療過程中取得了顯著效果，故本文旨在探討一套行之有效的白塞病的中醫(yī)治療方案。方法：本論文通過運用中醫(yī)三焦辨證理論及辨病辨證相結(jié)合思想，從病因、病機、辨病與辨證思想以及結(jié)合臨床病例探討治療白塞病的中醫(yī)治療規(guī)律。結(jié)果：根據(jù)其發(fā)病部位的不同按中醫(yī)三焦辨證可分為：火毒熾盛，攻于上焦證；濕熱痰火，流注下焦證；濕熱蘊脾，胃腸積熱證；腎陰虧虛，虛火夾濕
2、證；火熱熾盛，毒燔三焦證。意義：白塞病是一種病因和發(fā)病機制都不明確的自身免疫性疾病，具有易全身多系統(tǒng)受累、易復(fù)發(fā)等特點，然而中醫(yī)藥在治療本病方面有其獨特療效。中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療仍是簡便、有效的方法。因此初步探究中醫(yī)辨證、辨病用藥的方法，發(fā)掘治療本病有效及針對性強的治療方法和藥物，對于本病的治療和預(yù)后等方面均有很大意義。關(guān)鍵詞白塞??；三焦辨證；伏毒學(xué)說；辨病辨證相結(jié)合ClinicalresearchonBehcet'sdiseaseTCMTreatmentBasedonCombinationofDiseaseandSynd
