1、提要目的：本課題旨在通過觀察白虎加人參湯治療氣陰兩虛型糖尿病的臨床療效，探討中醫(yī)治療本病的作用機制，以期為臨床用藥提供依據(jù)。方法：采用隨機、對照的方法將辯證為氣陰兩虛的100例糖尿病患者分為對治療組和對照組，在采用控制飲食，體育鍛煉的同時，對照組給予降糖西藥，二甲雙胍0.5g，bid，口服。治療組在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上，根據(jù)病人具體癥狀采用白虎加人參湯加減，隨訪3個月，觀察兩組患者治療前后臨床癥狀的改善情況，檢測患者治療前后空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血紅蛋白（HbA1c）、甘油三脂（TG）、總膽固醇（TC）、低密度脂
2、蛋白（LDL-C）、空腹胰島素（FIns）、胰島素抵抗指數(shù)（HOMA-IR）等指標，并進行對比分析。結(jié)果：經(jīng)過治療后，治療組患者的口渴多飲、多食易饑、尿頻量多、五心煩熱、乏力倦怠、自汗盜汗、氣短懶言等臨床癥狀較前明顯改善，前后差異明顯，具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.01）。治療組FPG、2hPG、TG、TC、Hba1c、FIns、HOMA-IR較前有明顯降低，與對照組比較，存在差異（P<0.05或P<0.01）。結(jié)論：白虎加人參湯加減方可以明顯改善氣陰兩虛型糖尿病患者的臨床癥狀，能夠有效降低糖尿病患者的血糖、血脂，并改善胰島素抵抗；延緩糖尿
