1、提要目的：觀察以當(dāng)歸芍藥散合升降散加減而成的和絡(luò)滲濕解毒方治療早中期慢性腎衰竭的臨床療效，并從現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)角度深入探討其作用機(jī)理，探索中醫(yī)藥治療該病的新方法。方法：將符合入選標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的72例早中期慢性腎衰竭患者隨機(jī)分為兩組，其中治療組36例予以和絡(luò)滲濕解毒方治療；對(duì)照組36例，予以海昆腎喜膠囊治療，用藥2個(gè)月為一個(gè)療程，兩組均服用1個(gè)療程。結(jié)果：治療組總有效率為93.75%，對(duì)照組總有效率為80%，治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)；治療組患者的臨床癥狀總積分明顯降低，療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)；治療組患者的血肌酐、尿素氮水平明顯降低，內(nèi)生肌酐清除率升高，療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P<0
