1、提要目的：觀察清肝補(bǔ)腎方治療老年脂肪肝的臨床療效，并探討其作用機(jī)理。方法：采用隨機(jī)單盲對照的方法，將60例老年脂肪肝患者分為清肝補(bǔ)腎方治療組和血脂康膠囊對照組，每組各30例，兩組在合理膳食、適量運(yùn)動(dòng)、并停用其他針對本病有治療作用藥物的基礎(chǔ)上，治療組給予清肝補(bǔ)腎方治療，對照組給予血脂康膠囊，用藥3個(gè)月后，進(jìn)行療效性評(píng)定，觀察治療前后主要癥狀體征、實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查肝功能（ALT、AST、γ-GT）、血脂（TG、TC）、肝臟B超的影像學(xué)的改變以及安全性指標(biāo)的觀察。結(jié)果：治療組總的有效率為86.7%，與對照組總有效率為70%相比，具有顯著性差異（P<0.05).同時(shí)治療組的血脂、肝功、肝臟B超較治療
