1、超聲BI-RADS聯(lián)合超聲彈性成像對乳腺腫塊的診斷價值洪敏李云亭侯春杰磐安縣人民醫(yī)院超聲科浙江省人民醫(yī)院超聲科摘要:目的:探討乳腺影像報告和數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)(BI-RADS)與超聲彈性成像(UE)以及兩者聯(lián)合使用對乳腺腫塊的診斷價值。方法:選取2014年1月至2015年12月間就診的125例乳腺腫塊患者,共乳腺腫塊142個,對所有腫塊進行超聲B1-RADS分類,并進行UE檢查,以病理結(jié)果作為診斷金標準,觀察兩者單獨應(yīng)用及聯(lián)合應(yīng)用的敏感性、特異性、陽性預(yù)測值、陰性預(yù)測值和準確率。結(jié)果:本研究共142個病灶,其
2、屮經(jīng)病理證實良性病灶81個,惡性病灶61個。UE三分法診斷結(jié)果顯示,良性與惡性乳腺病灶的UE評分差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05),UE診斷惡性病灶的靈敏度為78.69%,特界度為81.48%,陽性預(yù)測值為83.54%,陰性預(yù)測值為76.19%0BI-RADS分類診斷結(jié)果顯示,良性與惡性乳腺病灶的分類差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05),BI-RADS分類診斷惡性病灶的靈敏度為72.13%,特異度為77.78%,陽性預(yù)測值為70.97%,陰性預(yù)測值為78.75%。傳統(tǒng)超聲BI-RADS分類基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合U
