1、超聲BI-RADS聯(lián)合超聲彈性成像對(duì)乳腺腫塊的診斷價(jià)值洪敏李云亭侯春杰磐安縣人民醫(yī)院超聲科浙江省人民醫(yī)院超聲科摘要：目的:探討乳腺影像報(bào)告和數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)(BI-RADS)與超聲彈性成像(UE)以及兩者聯(lián)合使用對(duì)乳腺腫塊的診斷價(jià)值。方法:選取2014年1月至2015年12月間就診的125例乳腺腫塊患者，共乳腺腫塊142個(gè)，對(duì)所有腫塊進(jìn)行超聲B1-RADS分類，并進(jìn)行UE檢查，以病理結(jié)果作為診斷金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，觀察兩者單獨(dú)應(yīng)用及聯(lián)合應(yīng)用的敏感性、特異性、陽性預(yù)測(cè)值、陰性預(yù)測(cè)值和準(zhǔn)確率。結(jié)果:本研究共142個(gè)病灶，其
2、屮經(jīng)病理證實(shí)良性病灶81個(gè)，惡性病灶61個(gè)。UE三分法診斷結(jié)果顯示，良性與惡性乳腺病灶的UE評(píng)分差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05),UE診斷惡性病灶的靈敏度為78.69%,特界度為81.48%,陽性預(yù)測(cè)值為83.54%,陰性預(yù)測(cè)值為76.19%0BI-RADS分類診斷結(jié)果顯示，良性與惡性乳腺病灶的分類差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05),BI-RADS分類診斷惡性病灶的靈敏度為72.13%,特異度為77.78%,陽性預(yù)測(cè)值為70.97%，陰性預(yù)測(cè)值為78.75%。傳統(tǒng)超聲BI-RADS分類基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合U
