5、考StatusoffundmanagementandCountermeasuresforGroupofenterprises摘要：資金狀況代表著企業(yè)資源的配置狀況、資源的數(shù)量和質(zhì)量，是對(duì)各方面經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)的財(cái)務(wù)反映，資金在企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)過(guò)程中循環(huán)的好壞將直接影響到企業(yè)的效益，更影響到企業(yè)的生存與發(fā)展。在我國(guó)改革開放的數(shù)年里，資金管理一直受到企業(yè)的重視，特別是有一定經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力的企業(yè)集團(tuán)，資金管理中還存在十分突出的問(wèn)題，譬如監(jiān)控不力，缺乏嚴(yán)格監(jiān)督；資金管理散亂，使用效率低下；忽視資金整體管理，影響集團(tuán)整體實(shí)力等。因此在企業(yè)集團(tuán)
