2、4組,對照組、Apo-2L組、Apo一2L+放射照射組、單純照射組,200ng/ml、286ng/ml的Apo-2L作用24小時(shí)后給予放射照射,照射劑量分別為:(IGy、1.4Gy、1.8Gy、2Gy、3Gy),然后進(jìn)行流式細(xì)胞儀分析照射后O、24、48h各組細(xì)胞凋亡率變化。結(jié)果:MTT結(jié)果顯示,腺癌A549細(xì)胞的抑制率與Apo-2L的濃度成正相關(guān),凋亡素2配體作用24h后IC50為286ng/m1.流式細(xì)胞儀分析顯示286ng/m1的Apo-2L處理24h后,細(xì)胞凋亡率從(6.68)%上升至(50)%,照射后24hApo-2L+照射組凋亡率明顯升高,為7
