1、摘要陶瓷剛玉磨料不同于傳統(tǒng)剛玉磨料,它是采用濕化學(xué)方法制備的新型磨削材料,具有晶粒細(xì)小、硬度高、韌性好的特點(diǎn)。本實(shí)驗(yàn)采用濕化學(xué)方法制備了陶瓷剛玉磨料前驅(qū)體,并利用無壓燒結(jié)技術(shù)最終制備出了新型陶瓷剛玉磨料。利用掃描電鏡、金剛石單顆??箟簭?qiáng)度測(cè)定儀等測(cè)試設(shè)備,系統(tǒng)的研究了沉淀劑、晶種、溶劑、制備工藝、不同添加劑體系、添加劑配比及添加劑的加入方式、燒結(jié)工藝等對(duì)磨料的顯微結(jié)構(gòu)、單顆??箟簭?qiáng)度的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,沉淀劑、晶種、溶劑、制各工藝、不同添加劑體系、添加劑配比及添加劑的加入方式、燒結(jié)工藝對(duì)磨料的性能均有很大的影響。用氨水做
2、沉淀劑制得的磨料性能優(yōu)于用尿素做沉淀劑制得的磨料;自來水做溶劑同樣可以滿足性能的要求;添加硝酸鋁制得的晶種的磨料性能優(yōu)于添加工業(yè)氧化鋁制得的晶種;溶膠一凝膠工藝優(yōu)于共沉淀法;通過球磨的方式引入添加劑可以明顯的提高磨料的強(qiáng)度,同時(shí)球磨時(shí)間也會(huì)對(duì)磨料的顯微結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生影響,以2.5小時(shí)為宜:不同添加劑、同一添加劑不同配比對(duì)磨料性能的影響不同,適當(dāng)?shù)奶砑觿┡浔瓤梢杂行У卮龠M(jìn)氧化鋁燒結(jié),抑止晶粒的長(zhǎng)大,提高磨料的性能;燒結(jié)溫度對(duì)磨料的性能影響較為明顯,燒結(jié)溫度過高會(huì)導(dǎo)致晶粒的長(zhǎng)大及強(qiáng)度的降低;保溫時(shí)間也對(duì)磨料的性能有所影響,不同的保溫
