1、中文摘要本實驗利用掃描電子顯微鏡、金剛石單顆??箟簭姸葴y定儀等測試設(shè)備,系統(tǒng)地研究了在陶瓷剛玉磨料的制備過程中原料的初始濃度、氨水的加入方式、球磨時間、添加劑的成分、配比和加入量、燒結(jié)溫度對磨料的顯微結(jié)構(gòu)、單顆粒抗壓強度的影響。實驗結(jié)果表明,原料的初始濃度、氨水的加入方式、球磨時間、添加劑的成分、配比、加入量、燒結(jié)溫度對磨料的性能均有很大的影響。磨料的晶粒尺寸隨原料初始濃度的升高而增大,而單顆??箟簭姸葎t隨原料初始濃度的升高而降低;氨水加入速度過快導(dǎo)致磨料的晶粒尺寸變大,致密性變差,單顆??箟簭姸认陆担磺蚰r間并非越長越好,采用合理的球磨時問,既能提

6、ength.Longerballmillingtimedidn’tconsequentiallyresultinbeRerpropertiesofabrasives,properballmillingtimewouldnotonlyimprovethepropertiesofabrasives,butincreasetheproductionefficiency.Thegrainsizecouldbecontrolledeffectivelyandthecompactnessoftheabrasiveswouldbeimprovedgreatlyby
