1、中文摘要本實(shí)驗(yàn)利用溶膠.凝膠法制備了陶瓷剛玉磨料前驅(qū)體,并采用無(wú)壓燒結(jié)技術(shù)最終制備出了新型陶瓷剛玉磨料。利用掃描電鏡、金剛石單顆粒抗壓強(qiáng)度測(cè)定儀和顯微硬度測(cè)試儀等測(cè)試設(shè)備,系統(tǒng)的研究了不同種類(lèi)添加劑、添加劑配比及加入量、造粒方式、燒結(jié)工藝對(duì)磨料的顯微結(jié)構(gòu)、單顆粒抗壓強(qiáng)度和顯微硬度的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,不同添加劑種類(lèi)、添加劑配比及加入量、造粒方式、升溫速率、燒結(jié)溫度、保溫時(shí)間對(duì)磨料的性能均有很大的影響。選取合適的添加劑成分能有效地控制晶粒的大小和晶型;適當(dāng)?shù)奶砑觿┡浔炔坏梢杂行У卮龠M(jìn)氧化鋁燒結(jié),抑止晶粒的長(zhǎng)大,同時(shí)可以提高磨料的單顆??箟簭?qiáng)度;加入適量的添
2、加劑能夠細(xì)化晶粒,提高磨料的強(qiáng)度及顯微硬度;使用干凝膠直接造粒的方法得到的坯體密度較高,能顯著地提高燒結(jié)體的致密度及抗壓強(qiáng)度;燒結(jié)過(guò)程中低溫階段較高的升溫速率會(huì)導(dǎo)致磨料顆粒出現(xiàn)宏觀裂紋,高溫階段升溫過(guò)慢會(huì)促進(jìn)晶粒生長(zhǎng),使磨料性能惡化;燒結(jié)溫度對(duì)磨料的性能影響較為明顯,燒結(jié)溫度過(guò)高會(huì)直接導(dǎo)致晶粒的長(zhǎng)大及強(qiáng)度的降低;在所研究的保溫時(shí)間范圍內(nèi)保溫時(shí)間對(duì)磨料的顯微結(jié)構(gòu)影響不明顯,但適當(dāng)?shù)谋貢r(shí)間卻有利于提高磨料的單顆??箟簭?qiáng)度。關(guān)鍵詞:陶瓷剛玉,磨料,制備,性能ABSTRACTNewceramiccorundumabrasiveswerepreparedthrou
