2、了廣州移動(dòng)公司的現(xiàn)狀和歷史發(fā)展等基本情況,運(yùn)用PEST方法分析政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)和技術(shù)環(huán)境等外部環(huán)境,采用邁克爾·波特五力模型分析了目前廣州移動(dòng)所面臨的產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境,而后從營(yíng)銷現(xiàn)狀、人力資源、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、企業(yè)文化等方面細(xì)致地分析了公司數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)營(yíng)銷的內(nèi)部環(huán)境。其次,利用SWOT分析方法,歸納了數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)營(yíng)銷面臨的自身優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì),剖析了面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。在綜合分析了影響公司發(fā)展的各方面因素后,基于公司由“移動(dòng)通信專家”向“移動(dòng)信息專家”轉(zhuǎn)型的需要,提出了廣州移動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo):“加大重點(diǎn)戰(zhàn)略產(chǎn)品營(yíng)銷力度,實(shí)現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略產(chǎn)品快速圈地;
