2、平井技術(shù)配合裸眼完井進(jìn)行天然氣開發(fā),為預(yù)防鉆遇泥巖層和煤層坍塌的問(wèn)題,在水平裸眼段內(nèi)下入預(yù)鉆孔篩管以支撐井壁。由于井眼環(huán)境復(fù)雜,長(zhǎng)北氣田的水平井作業(yè)存在著長(zhǎng)篩管下入困難、短篩管重量輕不易順利丟手、常規(guī)丟手工具遇阻時(shí)無(wú)法旋轉(zhuǎn)解阻、常規(guī)球座施工后需另外下鉆鉆除等技術(shù)難題。研制了篩管液壓丟手裝置,該裝置具備旋轉(zhuǎn)功能,允許篩管串在下入過(guò)程中采取旋轉(zhuǎn)的方式通過(guò)阻點(diǎn);具有兩種丟手方式,既可通過(guò)液壓方式丟手,也可通過(guò)機(jī)械方式丟手;設(shè)計(jì)了可提出式球座機(jī)構(gòu),在施工后可隨著送入工具整體提出,無(wú)需下鉆鉆除。該篩管液壓丟手裝置通過(guò)了一系列地面性能實(shí)驗(yàn),并在長(zhǎng)北氣田CB23
