2、7（3）：118-121.摘要：長北氣田采用雙分支水平井技術(shù)配合裸眼完井進(jìn)行天然氣開發(fā)，為預(yù)防鉆遇泥巖層和煤層坍塌的問題，在水平裸眼段內(nèi)下入預(yù)鉆孔篩管以支撐井壁。由于井眼環(huán)境復(fù)雜，長北氣田的水平井作業(yè)存在著長篩管下入困難、短篩管重量輕不易順利丟手、常規(guī)丟手工具遇阻時(shí)無法旋轉(zhuǎn)解阻、常規(guī)球座施工后需另外下鉆鉆除等技術(shù)難題。研制了篩管液壓丟手裝置，該裝置具備旋轉(zhuǎn)功能，允許篩管串在下入過程中采取旋轉(zhuǎn)的方式通過阻點(diǎn)；具有兩種丟手方式，既可通過液壓方式丟手，也可通過機(jī)械方式丟手；設(shè)計(jì)了可提出式球座機(jī)構(gòu)，在施工
