2、顯，影響社會和諧的矛盾和問題大量的存在，構(gòu)建社會和諧是一個不斷化解社會矛盾的持續(xù)過程。針對新時(shí)期的社會矛盾和利益分化，建立一系列的利益協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制是非常有必要的。本文由三個部分組成，第一部分是轉(zhuǎn)型期的利益關(guān)系，具體地分析了馬列經(jīng)典作家的利益觀以及現(xiàn)階段我國利益關(guān)系的基本特征及其變化原因。第二部分是利益協(xié)調(diào)對構(gòu)建和諧社會的作用，分析了和諧社會的內(nèi)涵，并重點(diǎn)分析了利益失衡對和諧社會的影響。第三部分根據(jù)我國現(xiàn)階段的情況提出了建立和諧社會利益協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制的對策和建議。其中著重提出要建立健全暢通的利益表達(dá)機(jī)制，合理的利益分配機(jī)制以及健全利益心理的調(diào)控機(jī)制。關(guān)
