7、聚合酶鏈反應(yīng)技術(shù)(PCR)檢測(cè)821例高血壓患者的ACE基因型，同時(shí)測(cè)定其血清ACE水平、血管緊張素Ⅱ濃度及醛固酮濃度，比較不同基因型患者其血清ACE、血管緊張素Ⅱ和醛固酮水平有無差別。結(jié)果II、ID、DD基因型患者血清ACE水平分別為(32．09±15．62)u／L，(41．46±16．67)u／L和(47．60±19．54)u／L；組間差異具有顯著性(P<0．01)；三組基因型患者血管緊張素Ⅱ水平分別為(63．78±29．86)pg／mL，(63．89±29．19)pg／mL和(62．35±20．66)pg／mL，三者差別無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義；醛固酮濃度在三種基因
