1、湖南大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文中國(guó)銀行江門(mén)分行私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)營(yíng)銷策略研究姓名:陳輝明申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別:碩士專業(yè):金融MBA指導(dǎo)教師:張學(xué)陶20111112中國(guó)銀行江門(mén)分行私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)營(yíng)銷策略研究摘要隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)高速發(fā)展,我國(guó)的富裕階層規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,高凈值人群對(duì)于財(cái)富的保值增值需求也呈上升趨勢(shì),開(kāi)展私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)成了商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展的必然選擇。私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)是指專門(mén)向富裕階層提供的個(gè)性化、高層次的服務(wù)。私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)在西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家400多年的歷史已經(jīng)充分證明了私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)的高盈利性,以及私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展對(duì)于商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展的重要性。本文采用理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的方式,首先對(duì)私人銀行基本理論進(jìn)行了闡述,再分析中
2、國(guó)銀行江門(mén)分行私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)存在的問(wèn)題,最后結(jié)合國(guó)外私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的策略。本文首先在第一章中闡述私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)以及私人銀行的概念,總結(jié)了私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)的特征。第二章則闡述了私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)和相關(guān)理論,以及營(yíng)銷策略的相關(guān)理論。第三章結(jié)合中國(guó)銀行江門(mén)分行私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)開(kāi)展的實(shí)際情況,分析了目前中國(guó)銀行江門(mén)分行在開(kāi)展私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)中所存在的問(wèn)題。第四章闡明了國(guó)外私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展背景及現(xiàn)狀,并分析了發(fā)展私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)對(duì)于商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展的意義。第五章在第四章的基礎(chǔ)上提出了發(fā)展中國(guó)銀行江門(mén)分行私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)的對(duì)策。通過(guò)分析,本文得出了可以從打破分業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)限制、加強(qiáng)金融創(chuàng)新、加速人才
