2、構(gòu)和管片結(jié)構(gòu)以及密封油脂等相關(guān)介質(zhì)的熱物理性質(zhì),考慮盾尾刷更換的具體工藝,采用ANSYS軟件對(duì)盾尾刷更換施工過程進(jìn)行溫度場數(shù)值計(jì)算,在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)凍土帷幕的發(fā)展、厚度變化和封閉性進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明,開始凍結(jié)后在盾尾可以很快形成封閉的環(huán)形凍土帷幕并穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,拆卸臨時(shí)管片進(jìn)行盾尾刷更換過程中,凍土帷幕略有弱化但很快轉(zhuǎn)入繼續(xù)增長并進(jìn)入穩(wěn)定的安全狀態(tài),論證設(shè)計(jì)的凍結(jié)法盾尾刷更換方法的可行性和可靠性。關(guān)鍵詞:隧道工程;上海長江隧道;盾構(gòu)尾刷;更換;凍結(jié)法;溫度場;數(shù)值模擬中圖分類號(hào):U45文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1000–6915(20
