2、aeZWA46,得到了較強(qiáng)絮凝能力且傳代穩(wěn)定的重組菌ZWA462F2??疾炱湫跄芰鞍l(fā)酵特性,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:該重組菌在生長穩(wěn)定期前期啟動絮凝,與葡萄糖的耗竭非耦聯(lián);在初始pH215~610范圍內(nèi)絮凝值無明顯改變;乙醇產(chǎn)量最高達(dá)到816%(體積),乙醇對葡萄糖的轉(zhuǎn)化率達(dá)到其理論轉(zhuǎn)化率的8918%。重組菌ZWA462F2良好的絮凝性能有利于從發(fā)酵液中分離細(xì)胞和細(xì)胞回用,在燃料乙醇工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中有一定的應(yīng)用價值。關(guān)鍵詞:絮凝;轉(zhuǎn)化;發(fā)酵;燃料乙醇中圖分類號:TQ92文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A文章編號:0438-1157(2008)02-0437-06Constructi
