1、中文摘要為了嚴(yán)厲懲罰犯罪份子，為了維護廣大人民群眾的權(quán)利，為了保障社會的穩(wěn)定，在群眾的強烈號召之下，經(jīng)過無數(shù)個日日夜夜的準(zhǔn)備工作，2012年3月14日第十一屆全國人民代表大會第五次會議正式通過了《全國人民代表大會關(guān)于修改<中華人民共和國刑事訴訟法>的決定》，此法自2013年1月1日起施行，修訂后的《刑事訴訟法》首先最讓人耳目一新的閃光點就是寫入了尊重和保障人權(quán)這一重要原則，其實更重要的就是尊重和保障相對處于弱勢地位的被追訴者的權(quán)利，其次，修訂后的《刑事訴訟法》另一大閃光點就是律師提前介入訴訟程序，明確律師在偵查階段的辯護人這～身份，這是眾多的律師學(xué)者盼望已久的重大立法改革，對社會的影響是
