7、······51個人簡歷·············································································52中文摘要E-鈣粘蛋白基因多態(tài)性與子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥發(fā)病風(fēng)險的關(guān)聯(lián)性研究摘要目的:子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥(Endometriosis,EMs)是育齡期婦女的常見疾病,臨床主要表現(xiàn)為進(jìn)行性加重的痛經(jīng)和不孕,嚴(yán)重影響育齡期婦女的健康和生育能力。目前,EMs的病因和發(fā)病機(jī)制仍不明確,普遍接受的是“子宮內(nèi)膜種植學(xué)說”。但是隨經(jīng)血逆流的子宮內(nèi)

8、膜碎片得以存活并致病,異位子宮內(nèi)膜細(xì)胞的侵襲、轉(zhuǎn)移能力對于異位病灶的形成起到了重要的作用。相關(guān)研究認(rèn)為,異位的子宮內(nèi)膜細(xì)胞可能通過上皮-間質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)化獲得侵襲能力而參與EMs的發(fā)病過程。2+E-鈣粘蛋白(E-cadherin,CDH1)是上皮細(xì)胞表面Ca依賴性細(xì)胞粘附分子,主要參與形成上皮細(xì)胞之間的連接,是上皮細(xì)胞表面重要的分子標(biāo)志,其表達(dá)水平降低將引起上皮細(xì)胞間連接系統(tǒng)的異常,使細(xì)胞的活動性增加,是發(fā)生上皮-間質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)化的重要標(biāo)志。相關(guān)研究證實,異位病灶處上皮細(xì)胞表面的E-cadherin
