1、合肥工業(yè)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文BTC法PC的合成及反應(yīng)動(dòng)力學(xué)研究姓名:方世東申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別:碩士專業(yè):應(yīng)用化學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師:姚日生20050301BTC法Pc的合成及反應(yīng)動(dòng)力學(xué)研究摘要本論文采用三光氣替代光氣合成含溴阻燃聚碳酸酯,將四溴雙酚A、雙酚A溶于氫氧化鈉水溶液中,三光氣浴于l,2~二氯乙烷中構(gòu)成液一液兩相反應(yīng)體系,分別考察了催化劑、溶劑、反應(yīng)溫度、反應(yīng)時(shí)問、堿濃度等:亡藝條件對(duì)分子量的影響。制備出極限氧指數(shù)達(dá)55的阻燃蒙碳酸酯,其粘均分子量為33200,具有良好的阻燃性與成型JJ口工性能。并用紅外、極限
2、氧指數(shù)等檢測(cè)手段對(duì)其結(jié)構(gòu)與性能進(jìn)行了表征。將二二光氣的二氯甲烷溶液與雙酚A鈉鹽溶液構(gòu)成液一液兩相反應(yīng)體系,聯(lián)合使朋紫外分光光度計(jì)、離子選擇性電極,來測(cè)定水相中的雙酚A負(fù)離子的濃度及氯離子濃度的變化,對(duì)_三光氣法聚碳酸酯的界面縮聚反應(yīng)過程進(jìn)行了研究,獲得有關(guān)反應(yīng)動(dòng)力學(xué)參數(shù)。通過對(duì)靜態(tài)、動(dòng)態(tài)條件下反應(yīng)過程的研究,初步探討了縮柴反應(yīng)的反應(yīng)動(dòng)力學(xué)。研究結(jié)果表明:在靜態(tài)的反應(yīng)條件下,三光氣與雙酚A鈉鹽的縮聚反應(yīng)為1.2級(jí)反應(yīng),而在動(dòng)態(tài)的條件下,其縮聚反應(yīng)為2級(jí)。關(guān)鍵詞聚碳酸酯合成雙酚A四澳雙酚A三光氣反應(yīng)動(dòng)力
