2、健康監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的風(fēng)速風(fēng)向監(jiān)測(cè)子系統(tǒng),對(duì)2012年臺(tái)風(fēng)“海葵”氣候條件下風(fēng)速風(fēng)向數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了全程采集,根據(jù)實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)臺(tái)風(fēng)過(guò)程中的脈動(dòng)參數(shù)(平均風(fēng)速與風(fēng)向、湍流度、陣風(fēng)因子、湍流積分尺度、脈動(dòng)風(fēng)速功率譜)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。分析結(jié)果表明:基本時(shí)距為10min時(shí),縱向及橫向脈動(dòng)風(fēng)速湍流度隨時(shí)間的變化趨勢(shì)基本一致,隨平均風(fēng)速的增大而減??;各向陣風(fēng)因子隨平均風(fēng)速的增大而減小,橫向與縱向陣風(fēng)因子均值的比值為0.30,風(fēng)速較小時(shí),陣風(fēng)因子減小速率較快,而風(fēng)速較大時(shí),減小趨勢(shì)不明顯;各向的湍流積分尺度均隨平均風(fēng)速的增大而增大;實(shí)測(cè)脈動(dòng)風(fēng)速譜與VonKarman譜基本符
