2、廠化”水平井鉆井試驗:一個鉆井平臺部署12口水平井,水平段延伸方向與最小主應(yīng)力方向平行,相鄰水平段間距300m,水平段長1300m和1800m;采用批量化鉆井作業(yè)模式,每部鉆機實施3口井;采用五段制三維水平井軌跡設(shè)計方法,應(yīng)用螺桿定向工具與旋轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)向工具配合的軌跡控制方式,實現(xiàn)軌跡精細(xì)控制;優(yōu)化井口間距,通過液壓推動滑軌實現(xiàn)鉆機井間快速搬遷;建立集中處理站,實現(xiàn)鉆井液統(tǒng)一處理和集中維護,提高鉆井液重復(fù)利用率。試驗表明,“工廠化”鉆井平均機械鉆速達(dá)到9.19m/h,較常規(guī)鉆井提高5.87%;平均鉆井工期64.88d,較常規(guī)鉆井縮短19.65%;鉆井液重復(fù)利用率達(dá)到2
