1、中文摘要催化濕式氧化作為一種新興的水處理技術(shù),已被廣泛應(yīng)用于各種高濃度有機(jī)廢水的處理,而高效穩(wěn)定的催化劑的研究是目I;{『此項(xiàng)技術(shù)的一個研究熱點(diǎn)。本文采用共沉淀法和浸漬法分別制備了非均相復(fù)合催化劑和負(fù)載型復(fù)合催化劑,研究了制各條件對催化劑活性的影響。通過對苯酚廢水催化濕式氧化的實(shí)驗(yàn),確定了適宜的工藝條件,同時分析了苯酚氧化的主要中間產(chǎn)物。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,采用共沉淀法制備的Co.Zn(Co/Zn=1:1)復(fù)合催化劑具有很好的催化活性,在反應(yīng)溫度150℃,反應(yīng)壓力1.2~1.4MPa,苯酚初始濃度4200
2、mg/L等條件下,反應(yīng)60min苯酚的COD去除率達(dá)到89.41%。選用浸漬法制備了Co.Ni/AC(Co/Ni=5:1)和Co-Ce/AC(Co/Ce=1:1)負(fù)載型復(fù)合催化劑,在反應(yīng)溫度150℃,反應(yīng)壓力1.2~1.4MPa,苯酚初始濃度2100mg/L等條件下,反應(yīng)60min苯酚的COD去除率接近67-85%~71.65%,同時還發(fā)現(xiàn)該復(fù)合催化劑性能穩(wěn)定。通過工藝研究實(shí)驗(yàn)確定了催化濕式氧化的適宜工藝條件是:溫度150℃,苯酚初始濃度一<2100mg/L,進(jìn)水pH值7,催化劑用量59/L,H20
3、2用量30ml/L:在該條件下用負(fù)載型催化劑處理苯酚60rain,COD去除率達(dá)到95%以上。通過GC.MS分析,氧化苯酚的主要中間產(chǎn)物包括苯二酚、苯醌和對羥基苯甲醛等芳香族化合物和甲酸、乙酸等有機(jī)酸。關(guān)鍵詞:催化濕式氧化苯酚復(fù)合催化劑負(fù)載型催化劑COD去除率催化活性Asanoveltechnologyfordisposalofwastewater,catalyticwetairoxidationhasbeenwidelyusedindegradationofhi曲concentrationorga
