1、中文摘要目的探討補(bǔ)氣養(yǎng)血湯對(duì)慢性馬兜鈴酸腎病大鼠腎性貧血治療的作用及作用機(jī)理。方法將Wistar大鼠隨機(jī)分為空白對(duì)照組、模型對(duì)照組、藥物治療組三組。將模型對(duì)照組與藥物治療組制成慢性馬兜鈴酸腎病模型。并于造模結(jié)束后隨機(jī)抽取大鼠，取腎組織做病理切片。藥物治療組在造模結(jié)束后給予補(bǔ)氣養(yǎng)血湯治療(2。59／kg．d)，療程兩個(gè)月。治療后觀察三組大鼠血紅細(xì)胞數(shù)(RBC)、血紅蛋白(Hb)、紅細(xì)胞壓積(HCT)、紅細(xì)胞滲透脆性、血清促紅細(xì)胞生成素(EPO)含量及血肌酐(Scr)臺(tái)勺差異。結(jié)果補(bǔ)氣養(yǎng)血湯能顯著改善慢性馬
2、兜鈴酸腎病大鼠腎性貧血癥狀，使血RBC、Hb、HCT及血清EPO含量顯著提高。而紅細(xì)胞滲透脆性及血肌酐結(jié)果的差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論補(bǔ)氣養(yǎng)血湯能顯著改善慢性馬兜鈴酸腎病大鼠‘腎性貧血的癥狀，使各項(xiàng)血常規(guī)指標(biāo)及血清EPO含量顯著改善。在臨床應(yīng)用中，配合糾正酸中毒及降氮等對(duì)癥治療后，可能會(huì)收到更好的改善腎性貧血的效果，提高患者的生活質(zhì)量。關(guān)鍵詞：慢性馬兜鈴酸腎??；補(bǔ)氣養(yǎng)血湯；腎性貧血Abstract『Objective】Discussionthefunctionandtheactionmechanismoft
