2、an設計(Plackett-BurmanDesign,P-B)對影響雷蘑發(fā)酵胞外多糖的內(nèi)在和外在因素進行了篩選,所選取的6個相關因素為:初始pH,培養(yǎng)溫度,發(fā)酵時間,裝液量,接種量,搖床轉速。在此基礎上,再采用響應曲面法(ResponseSurfaceMethodology,RSM)對影響雷蘑發(fā)酵胞外多糖的關鍵影響因素培養(yǎng)溫度,發(fā)酵時間和裝液量的最佳水平范圍作了進一步的研究與探討,通過對二次多項回歸方程求解得知,在上述自變量分別為培養(yǎng)溫度27.05℃、發(fā)酵時間6.92d和裝液量93.90ml時,
