1、國防科學(xué)技術(shù)大學(xué)研究生院碩士學(xué)位論文摘要戰(zhàn)略決策支持系統(tǒng)主要是利用決策支持系統(tǒng)技術(shù)對(duì)戰(zhàn)略決策過程進(jìn)行輔助決策。由于戰(zhàn)略決策有著不同于一般決策問題的特點(diǎn)，所以戰(zhàn)略決策支持系統(tǒng)應(yīng)該改變以問題求解為重點(diǎn)的作法，更應(yīng)當(dāng)以決策者為主導(dǎo)，從戰(zhàn)略決策的特點(diǎn)出發(fā)，針對(duì)決策者的需求提供輔助支持。分析了戰(zhàn)略決策和一般決策問題之問的差別，指出了戰(zhàn)略決策的特點(diǎn)。這些特點(diǎn)主要體現(xiàn)在決策過程中出現(xiàn)的大量的定性分析和決策過程的高度靈活性。歸納了在戰(zhàn)略決策過程中決策者的認(rèn)知心理狀態(tài)，并以此為基礎(chǔ)，分析了戰(zhàn)略決策者需要的輔助支持的類型和模式，為戰(zhàn)略決策支持系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)提供指導(dǎo)。在戰(zhàn)略決策者對(duì)輔助
2、支持需求的分析基礎(chǔ)上，以用戶的決策流程為依據(jù)，把用戶對(duì)決策目標(biāo)的不斷分解抽象為過程模型，把集成多種模式的輔助支持手段以研討方式對(duì)問題求解抽象為人機(jī)交互研討模型，提出了戰(zhàn)略決策支持系統(tǒng)的模型體系框架。提出了一種面向過程的多模式輔助決策支持方法，指出為應(yīng)對(duì)戰(zhàn)略決策的需求，應(yīng)該從多種角度對(duì)戰(zhàn)略決策問題進(jìn)行支持，基于此設(shè)計(jì)了戰(zhàn)略決策的過程模型和人機(jī)研討模型的實(shí)現(xiàn)方法，并進(jìn)一步研究了決策支持系統(tǒng)的體系結(jié)構(gòu)。主題詞：戰(zhàn)略決策決策支持系統(tǒng)過程模型人機(jī)交互研討模型第i頁國防科學(xué)技術(shù)大學(xué)研究生院碩士學(xué)位論文ABSTRACTStrategicDecisionSupportSyst
