2、只按治療方法隨機分為分為4組,每組每時段8只,分別用含神經(jīng)生長因子人羊膜基質(zhì)微孔管(HA涮+NGF)、人羊膜基質(zhì)微孔管(HAMM)、神經(jīng)生長因子(NGF)及生理鹽水對照修復(fù)坐骨神經(jīng)1.0cm缺損;術(shù)后4、8周和12周分別進行傷肢功能恢復(fù)測定、電生理學(xué)、組織形態(tài)學(xué)檢查、圖像分析和透視電鏡觀察。結(jié)果近端神經(jīng)再生軸突生長通過1.5cm長的HAE*+NGF移植體,重新支配終末骨骼肌,其再生神經(jīng)纖維生長速度、數(shù)量明顯快(多)于單純HA涮移植體和單純的NGF組,術(shù)后12周時坐骨神經(jīng)功能恢復(fù)良好。結(jié)論HAMM和NGF聯(lián)合使用可促進軸突再生及其
