1、卵巢惡性上皮性腫瘤中HLA【關(guān)鍵詞】卵巢癌摘要目的:探討卵巢癌中HLADR抗原表達(dá)和樹突細(xì)胞浸潤的情況及其意義。方法:用免疫組化SP法對卵巢惡性上皮性腫瘤(48例)、良性上皮性腫瘤(30例)及正常卵巢(30例)的HLADR抗原表達(dá)及樹突細(xì)胞浸潤情況進(jìn)行對照研究。結(jié)果:正常卵巢組織中HLADR陰性,卵巢惡性上皮性腫瘤中HLADR表達(dá)陽性率為52.08%(P<0.01);HLADR表達(dá)率與腫瘤分化程度相關(guān)(P<0.01),且與預(yù)后相關(guān)(P<0.05);卵巢惡性上皮性腫瘤中樹突細(xì)胞(S100+DC)浸潤顯著增加(P<0.001);S100+DC浸潤與腫瘤間質(zhì)淋巴細(xì)胞浸潤相關(guān)(P<0.01);S
