1、碩士學(xué)位論文中文摘要目的:評價無毒性的生物活性染色劑在現(xiàn)代白內(nèi)障超聲乳化手術(shù)過程中顯現(xiàn)晶狀體前囊膜的價值。方法:55例白色白內(nèi)障患者來源于我院2000年10月到2002年8月的連續(xù)超聲乳化手術(shù)病例。采用0.5%叫噪青綠溶液和0.06%臺盼藍溶液兩種生物活性染色劑以及氣泡下染色技術(shù)完成連續(xù)環(huán)形撕囊操作。結(jié)合應(yīng)用分割蝕刻法和攔截劈裂法破碎并乳化晶狀體核。結(jié)果:1.經(jīng)過Ail噪青綠溶液和臺盼藍溶液染色后，前囊膜分別呈現(xiàn)適度的淡綠色及淡藍色。兩種生物活性染色劑都顯著有助于顯現(xiàn)前囊膜。然而臺盼藍溶液的著染強度、持續(xù)時間優(yōu)于叫噪青綠溶液。2.染色
2、輔助撕囊的總成功率為98.2%.0.5%叫噪青綠為%.7%，而0.06%的臺盼藍為100%.3.55只眼的等效超聲乳化時間32s-81s，平均52s、灌注液用量均約為2500004.術(shù)中無后囊膜破裂、玻璃體溢出等并發(fā)癥發(fā)生。染色撕囊超聲乳化手術(shù)后未發(fā)現(xiàn)繼發(fā)性青光眼患者。術(shù)后19只眼可見輕度狄氏膜皺褶，大多于術(shù)后2-3天內(nèi)消退，最長1周內(nèi)消退。房水閃光及房水浮游細胞均在+一++之間，經(jīng)局部滴用類固醇類藥物治療后1周內(nèi)完全消退。尚未觀察到術(shù)后染色劑殘存于眼組織及人工晶體異色。術(shù)后視力0.5-1.2.結(jié)論:通過臨床觀察我們認為生物活性染色劑
