4、ationofemployees.2.范圍Scope:本制度適用于公司所有員工(含被派遣勞動(dòng)者)。Theregulationisappliestoallemployees(includingsubcontractemployees).3.職責(zé)Responsibility:3.1.總經(jīng)理秘書(shū)負(fù)責(zé)各系統(tǒng)經(jīng)理的假勤考核。MDsecretarychargesofattendancefordivisionmanager.3.2.系統(tǒng)經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)各部門(mén)經(jīng)理的假勤管理。Divisionmanagermanagesdepartmentmanagerattendanceforper
5、division.3.3.各部門(mén)經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)本部門(mén)內(nèi)所有人員出勤、加班調(diào)休、出差、請(qǐng)假的管理。Departmentmanagermanagesattendanceandrestofemployeeseachdepartment.3.4.各部門(mén)考勤員負(fù)責(zé)每日考核記錄本部門(mén)人員(含部門(mén)經(jīng)理)的出勤情況。每月的26日至次月的25日為一個(gè)考勤周期,每個(gè)考勤周期結(jié)束后2日內(nèi)部門(mén)考勤員須將本部門(mén)所有假勤批準(zhǔn)單交人事行政部。Attendancecheckerchecksattendeverydayfortheirdepartmentandsendattendancerecordsto
