2、集烤房適當(dāng)增加裝煙密度能在一定程度上增加烤后煙葉類(lèi)胡蘿卜素降解產(chǎn)物、類(lèi)西柏烷類(lèi)、美拉德反應(yīng)產(chǎn)物、新植二烯及其香氣物質(zhì)總量,但苯丙氨酸類(lèi)有所3減少;中部煙葉以裝煙密度56.12kg/m時(shí)烤后煙葉新植二烯和香氣物質(zhì)總量最高,其余香氣物質(zhì)含量略低于3370.15kg/m;上部煙葉隨著裝煙密度的增加,香氣物質(zhì)總量有升高的趨勢(shì),以裝煙密度70.15kg/m時(shí)香氣質(zhì)量改善效果最好。關(guān)鍵詞:烤煙;密集烤房;裝煙密度;香氣物質(zhì)中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):S572文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:A文章編號(hào):1000-2286(2013)01-0033-05EffectsofLoadingDensityofB
