2、性心臟病的常見表征之一。經(jīng)典Wnt信號通路在心臟發(fā)育的不同時期分別作用于心肌細(xì)胞、心內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞以及瓣膜原基細(xì)胞的增殖、分化和遷移過程,并調(diào)控心內(nèi)膜墊形成過程中的內(nèi)皮-間充質(zhì)細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)化(EndMT)過程,具有多面性和時效性。該文將總結(jié)經(jīng)典Wnt信號通路在心臟瓣膜發(fā)育領(lǐng)域的最新研究進(jìn)展,分別闡述經(jīng)典Wnt信號通路在不同瓣膜發(fā)育階段中的功能變化,并展示經(jīng)典Wnt信號通路與其他瓣膜發(fā)育相關(guān)的信號通路及表觀遺傳修飾間的相互關(guān)系,最后分析心臟發(fā)育后期Wnt信號通路對瓣膜間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞發(fā)揮潛在功能的作用。[中國當(dāng)代

8、nonicalWntsignalingpathway;Endocardial-mesenchymaltransformation;Endocardialcushion活產(chǎn)嬰兒中先心病的發(fā)病率為4‰~10‰,其多種信號通路、轉(zhuǎn)錄因子及環(huán)境因素共同調(diào)控的協(xié)[1]中瓣膜發(fā)育缺損約占20%~30%。瓣膜發(fā)育缺損奏曲,其中經(jīng)典Wnt信號通路作為調(diào)控細(xì)胞增殖、常見于一些特定的染色體或基因缺陷導(dǎo)致的綜合分化和遷移的普遍途徑,對于瓣膜正常結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)育[3-4]征類疾病,如:21三體綜合征、Noonan綜合征、及功
