1、江西農(nóng)業(yè)學(xué)報2013,25(1):28~30ActaAgriculturaeJiangxi重金屬復(fù)合污染對青菜生長和生理生化指標(biāo)的影響1121*楊若鵬,田登科,張祖蕓,張德剛(1.紅河學(xué)院生命科學(xué)與技術(shù)學(xué)院,云南蒙自661100;2.云南省農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院蠶桑蜜蜂研究所,云南蒙自661101)摘要:通過盆栽試驗,研究了不同濃度的重金屬復(fù)合污染對青菜生長及其生理生化指標(biāo)的影響,結(jié)果表明:(1)隨著污染濃度的增加,青菜的葉面積呈逐漸下降的趨勢,2倍國標(biāo)處理顯著低于其他處理;2倍國標(biāo)處理的株高顯著低于其他處理
2、;對照的地上部分鮮重顯著高于其他處理,0.5倍國標(biāo)和1倍國標(biāo)處理顯著高于1.5倍國標(biāo)和2倍國標(biāo)處理。(2)在重金屬復(fù)合污染下,青菜維生素C含量有一定的下降,但隨著污染濃度的增加而呈逐漸升高的趨勢,且各處理之間差異不顯著。(3)隨著污染濃度的增加,青菜的過氧化氫酶活性呈逐漸下降的趨勢,對照組顯著高于復(fù)合污染處理組,0.5倍國標(biāo)處理顯著高于1.5倍國標(biāo)處理。(4)青菜的脯氨酸含量隨著污染濃度的增加而呈先增加后下降的趨勢,但是各處理之間的差異不顯著。關(guān)鍵詞:重金屬;復(fù)合污染;青菜;生理生化指標(biāo);生長中圖
