2、(t一3．543，P一0．001)；胰腺癌與胰腺良性病變血清CA19-9水平差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(一2．211，P一0．034)。FFD(PET／CT對(duì)胰腺癌診斷靈敏度、特異性、陽性預(yù)測(cè)值、陰性預(yù)測(cè)值、準(zhǔn)確性分別為97．1、80．0、89．5、94．1、9O．9。CA199對(duì)胰腺癌的診斷效能均低于FFI)(；PET／('T，但二者聯(lián)合可以提高FFI)GPET／CT診斷的特異性(90．0)，而準(zhǔn)確性僅有輕微下降(87．3)。結(jié)論FFI)(PET八、T對(duì)胰腺癌的診斷具有高靈敏度和相對(duì)特異性；FFDGPET／CT聯(lián)合CA199檢查能夠提
