2、WatersXBridgeC18(150mm×211mm,315μm)色譜柱分離后,進(jìn)行LC-MS/MS多反應(yīng)監(jiān)測(cè)模式下的定性及定量分析。烷基酚和雙酚A在紡織品模擬汗液、食品模擬物介質(zhì)中特定遷移量的定量下限分別為2、4μg/kg。在低、中、高3個(gè)添加水平下,測(cè)得紡織品樣品的回收率為83%~91%,相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差為411%~910%;食品包裝材料樣品的回收率為82%~94%,相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差為319%~817%。關(guān)鍵詞:紡織品;食品包裝材料;遷移量;烷基酚;雙酚A;液相色譜-串聯(lián)質(zhì)譜中圖分類號(hào):O657163;O625131文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1004-4957(2009)12-14
