5、nofhumanthatasimilarapproachwasapplicableforhuman?broblastsESCs(Thomsonetal.,1998),optimalcultureconditionswithandthatbyintroducingahandfuloffactors,humaniPSCscanbasic?broblastgrowthfactor(bFGF)havebeenestablished.begenerated(Takahashietal.,2007).Onthesameday
