2、性規(guī)定和約束，實際工作中的操作方法也是非常簡單和隨意。這就導(dǎo)致在實際標(biāo)書評審過程中，因采購人代表的選派工作不夠規(guī)范等而產(chǎn)生問題很多，也相當(dāng)嚴(yán)重，有的已釀成了嚴(yán)重的違法亂紀(jì)行為。對此，筆者建議，對評委中采購人代表的產(chǎn)生也應(yīng)當(dāng)制定嚴(yán)格的制度規(guī)定。向評標(biāo)委員會派遣采購人代表的法律依據(jù)organizationsystemandworkingmode,theselectionofanumberofmunicipalstrengtheninggrouptobuildinnovationandstrengthentheorgan
