3、ature,suppliedchilledwaterflowrate,andthecoolingperformanceofthepanel.Fromtheexperiment,itisfoundthatsuppliedchilledwatertemperaturehasaneffectonthesurfacetemperatureofthepanel,theroomtemperatureandtheheattransferrateofthepanelatthesteadystateconditi
4、on.Lowsuppliedchilledwatertemperatureincreasestheheattransferrateofthepanel,and,atthesametime,decreasesthesurfacetemperatureofthepanelaswellastheroomtemperature.Inthecontrary,thesuppliedchilledwaterflowratedoesnotsignificantlyaffectthesurfacetemperat
5、ureofthepanel,theroomtemperature,andtheheattransferrateofthepanelatthesteadystatecondition.However,thesuppliedchilledwaterflowratehasaneffectonthetimegradientrequiredforthesurfacetemperatureofthepanel,theroomtemperatureandtheheattransferrateofthepane
6、ltoapproachthesteadystatecondition.Thesurfacetemperatureofthepanel,theroomtemperatureandtheheattransferrateofthepanelapproachthesteadystateconditionfasterasthesuppliedchilledwaterflowrateincreases.Furthermore,heatloadalsoplaysanimportanteffectonthesu
7、rfacetemperatureofthepanelandtheroomtemperatureatthesteadystatecondition.Higherheatloadresultsinhighersurfacetemperatureofthepanelandroomtemperatureatthesteadystatecondition.Resultsfromexperimentareusedtoderivetheequationsthatrepresentthecoolingperfo
