2、過(guò)HE和ET+VG染色及掃描電鏡進(jìn)行組織形態(tài)觀察,使用萬(wàn)能材料試驗(yàn)機(jī)檢測(cè)材料生物力學(xué)性能,并對(duì)交聯(lián)前后的脫細(xì)胞豬膀胱進(jìn)行厚度、吸水性、體外膠原酶降解性能力測(cè)定,以L929細(xì)胞為實(shí)驗(yàn)細(xì)胞,采用MTT法評(píng)估材料的細(xì)胞毒性。結(jié)果京尼平交聯(lián)脫細(xì)胞豬膀胱后材料呈深藍(lán)色,保持了天然組織構(gòu)架的完整,膠原纖維更加致密,吸水性提高,力學(xué)性能良好,脫細(xì)胞豬膀胱在第7天已完全降解,交聯(lián)后在第28天降解率2%。交聯(lián)前后材料的細(xì)胞毒性為0~1級(jí)。結(jié)論經(jīng)天然交聯(lián)劑京尼平交聯(lián)的脫細(xì)胞豬膀胱材料吸水性好,具有良好的生物力學(xué)性能,抗酶解能力強(qiáng)且無(wú)細(xì)胞毒性,是一種較
