1、中國太平洋財產(chǎn)保險股份有限公司INSTITUTECARGOCLAUSES(A)1/1/82INSTITUTECARGOCLAUSES(A)RISKSCOVERED1.Thisinsurancecoversallrisksoflossofordamagetothesubject-matterinsuredexceptasprovidedinClauses4,5,6and7below.2.Thisinsurancecoversgeneralaverageandsalvagecharges,adjustedordeterminedaccordingtothecontractofaff

2、reightmentand/orthegoverninglawandpractice,incurredtoavoidorinconnectionwiththeavoidanceoflossfromanycauseexceptthoseexcludedinClauses4,5,6and7orelsewhereinthisinsurance.3.ThisinsuranceisextendedtoindemnifytheAssuredagainstsuchproportionofliabilityunderthecontractofaffreightment"BothtoBlameC

3、ollision"Clauseasisinrespectofalossrecoverablehereunder.IntheeventofanyclaimbyshipownersunderthesaidClausetheAssuredagreetonotifytheUnderwriterswhoshallhavetheright,attheirowncostandexpense,todefendtheAssuredagainstsuchclaim.EXCLUSIONS4.Innocaseshallthisinsurancecover4.1lossdamageorexpenseat

4、tributabletowilfulmisconductoftheAssured4.2ordinaryleakage,ordinarylossinweightorvolume,orordinarywearandtearofthesubject-matterinsured4.3lossdamageorexpensecausedbyinsufficiencyorunsuitabilityofpackingorpreparationofthesubject-matterinsured(forthepurposeofthisClause4.3"packing"shallbedeemed

5、toincludestowageinacontainerorliftvanbutonlywhensuchstowageiscarriedoutpriortoattachmentofthisinsuranceorbytheAssuredortheirservants)4.4lossdamageorexpensecausedbyinherentviceornatureofthesubject-matterinsured4.5lossdamageorexpenseproximatelycausedbydelay,eventhoughthedelaybecausedbyariskins
